I was curious about the shapes our group would naturally take and wanted to document moments that showed the various affinities and connections we experienced as we explored collaboration. The theme of Signposts made me consider our bodies’ arrangements as momentary sculptures in the landscape. Inoticed a sense of relaxation and play that I hadn’t experienced in other collaborations, and wanted to capture it tonally (via text added to images). Then, in conversations with Alex, we talked through the possibility of tracing our web of connections in visually more explicit ways and Alex added the b&w and magenta graphics. [pdf]
